Corporate & Organizational Training
Most organizations do not have a training problem. They have a coordination problem. Staff need certifications, the certifications expire on different dates, three different agencies are involved depending on the role, and somebody in HR is left assembling a compliance record out of forwarded emails and photographs of wallet cards.
Register for a ClassWicked Safety Training exists to make that one phone call instead of ten. We bring the class to your site, teach it with working clinicians and credentialed aquatics professionals, and hand back a completed, documented record of who was trained in what.
What We Deliver On-Site
We build training around your operation rather than asking your staff to fit ours:
- Custom on-site corporate training scheduled around your shifts, seasons and coverage requirements
- Community training packages for organizations training staff, volunteers and the public they serve
- Red Cross, AHA and HSI curricula under one provider, so mixed-requirement teams are handled together
- eCard issuance, roster management and certification management handled by us, not left with your team
- Custom annual training plans that put renewals on a predictable schedule instead of a scramble
Who We Train
We work with organizations across Greater Boston, the North Shore and throughout New England, including:
- Schools and school districts certifying teachers, coaches, nurses and support staff
- Camps and recreation departments preparing seasonal staff before opening week
- Childcare centers meeting staffing and licensing requirements
- Aquatic and recreation facilities certifying and recertifying lifeguard teams
- Corporate HR and safety leaders running workplace response and compliance programs
- Property managers training building and maintenance teams
- Municipal employers covering departments with mixed certification requirements
The Compliance Problem We Solve
The hardest part of workplace safety training is rarely the class itself. It is the administration around it. A dental group may need AHA cards for clinical staff and Red Cross cards for front-office staff. A school district may need lifeguards, athletic trainers and classroom teachers on three different curricula. Booking that through separate providers means separate contracts, separate portals, separate invoices and separate points of failure.
We are an American Red Cross Premier Licensed Training Provider, an AHA Training Site, and an HSI Training Center. That combination is uncommon, and it is the whole reason we can be one point of contact for an organization with mixed requirements.
One Point of Contact
You tell us who needs what. We schedule it, staff it, teach it and document it. When your compliance officer, licensing inspector or insurance carrier asks who was trained and when, the answer is in one place rather than reconstructed from memory.
A Completed Record, Not a Pile of Cards
Rosters are managed on our side. eCards are issued to your people directly, and certification management means we can tell you what is current and what is coming due. Online registration and eCard delivery are available for most courses, which keeps the paperwork out of your inbox.
How On-Site Training Works
We travel throughout New England for private on-site training, and we bring the equipment. Your side of it is space, a roster and a time that works. Ours is everything else.
We keep class sizes appropriate and maintain correct instructor-to-student ratios, because a class where twenty people share four manikins is not training, it is attendance. Every instructor is a working RN, EMT, paramedic or credentialed aquatics professional. Our staff bring over 100 years of combined experience, and our founder brings more than a decade of hands-on life-safety teaching experience to how our programs are built.
Certification is the paperwork. Competence is the point. If your staff walk out with a card but would freeze in a real event, we did not do our job.
Pricing, Plans and Scheduling
Group, corporate and recurring-training discounts are available. For organizations with ongoing needs we build custom annual training plans, which is the approach we recommend for hospitals, dental groups, camps, schools and aquatic facilities. Instead of reacting each time a batch of certifications lapses, you get a calendar set in advance around your operational year.
If Your Schedule Changes
Need to change your date? Transfers requested more than 24 hours before class are available for a $50 fee, subject to availability. Aquatics courses follow a separate refund schedule. See our Terms. Staffing changes and coverage gaps happen in every organization, and our policy is built to accommodate that rather than punish it.
Licensed, Insured and Responsive
We are licensed, insured and reachable. When you call (617) 820-9862 or email info@wickedsafetytraining.org, you get a person who can answer scheduling and curriculum questions rather than a ticket number. Founded in 2019 and based at 546 Main Street in Woburn, we are close enough to Greater Boston employers to be genuinely responsive and set up to travel when the work is further out.
